Welcome to Aptiuris. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the provision of legal support for real-estate purchase.

1. Definitions

1.1 'Services' refers to personalized legal support related to the purchase of real property.

1.2 'Information Products' refers to digital materials such as guides, e-books, and online courses offered by Aptiuris.

1.3 'Goods' refers to physical products sold by Aptiuris in connection with our services.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Legal Support Services

Aptiuris provides advice, contract review, document preparation, and representation related to real-estate acquisition.

2.2 Information Products

We offer digital resources covering legal procedures, checklist templates, and best practices for clients engaged in property purchase.

2.3 Goods

Physical items such as printed guides, forms, and related materials that assist clients in the purchase process.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within seven days of entering into an agreement, provided no substantive work has commenced. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within fourteen business days after approval. The initial appointment may be rearranged once at no extra charge if requested at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled time.

3.2 Information Products

Aptiuris grants a seven-day satisfaction guarantee for information products. If less than twenty percent of the content has been accessed, clients may request a refund. Approved requests will be processed through the original payment channel within ten business days.

3.3 Goods

Clients may send goods back within fourteen days of delivery in their original condition. After inspection, the payment will be reversed via the initial payment channel within fourteen business days of approval. Clients are responsible for shipping costs back to our address.

3.4 Non-Refundable Services

Dedicated on-site consultations and expedited case handling are non-refundable due to allocation of specialized resources. Such fees secure the commitment of personnel and scheduling slots.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Appointments may be rearranged without penalty if requested at least forty-eight hours in advance. Further changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Aptiuris shall not be liable for indirect or incidental issues arising from use of our services, information products, or goods. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Governing Law
